New Beleifs
Trust and believe
On day 4, you'll create new beliefs that support your dream life and the version of you required to create it. You'll create affirmations and action steps that will support these new beliefs. The more you energetically step into the new version of you, the sooner you'll create your new reality!
On day 5, you'll identify where you give your power away. When you can identify this, you can stop, reclaim your power, and begin to have a greater faith in your own abilities. You'll learn to have deeper compassion for yourself and learn to trust and believe in yourself so you can take confident, aligned action.
Why me?
I know what it feels like to be stuck. Back in 2012 I was struggling with an eating disorder. For years, I struggled with fear and self-doubt, questioning whether I could ever create the life I wanted. I felt I just wasn't good enough.
But everything changed when I discovered the tools and strategies that transformed my mindset and unlocked my potential.

Now, with over a decade of experience as an energy healer, a certified holistic coach specialising in Human Design and mindset, I’ve helped countless women overcome their fears and step into their power.

Where & When?
Monday 13th January every evening until Friday 17th January. Each session is from 7-8pm on Zoom
How long is each coaching session?
Each session is approx 1 hour long
What happens if I can't make one of the sessions?
Don't worry if you have something scheduled on one of the evenings, all sessions are recorded and will be sent to you the following day.
What is the cost
For the first 10 people who sign up the cost is £55 (after that it will be £66)
