Reiki level 1 - Next course Sunday 19th January
Are you ready to start your journey with reiki? The first reiki course referred to as 'Shodden" will enable you to use reiki on yourself or friends and family. Its primary function is on self healing. The course covers:

The history of Usui reiki and how it was introduced to the western world

The reiki principles
-
Each delegate is then attuned to reiki via an attunement ceremony

You will be shown how to give yourself a reiki treatment
-
How to use reiki to cleanse the aura
-
How to ground & protect yourself from negative energies
-
How to give a full reiki treatment to others (friends & family)
-
Hand positions associated with self healing an healing others
-
Creative uses of reiki, using reiki on animals, situations, goals and affirmations.
Practical sessions will give you the opportunity to practice self healing as well as giving a treatment to one of the others in the group. Reiki level 2 - Contact Louise for next course date
After completing level 1, this course will enable you to use reiki to treat paying clients. It strengthens and intensifies your experience of reiki, taking it to the next level. The course focuses on the experiences you have had since the first degree course and covers the following:

Second degree attunement

Creative uses of the reiki symbols

Space clearing, cleansing & grounding

Energy cleansing techniques

Overview of the chakras

Protecting yourself

Treatments on self & others

Distant healing sending reiki healing to people overseas (anybody who is not physically present with you)

Professional practice - Working with clients, seeing up a practice and how to start getting paying clients.
Practical sessions will enable you to practice giving a treatment using the reiki symbols. You will be given a course manual and a certificate on completion of the day. Reiki Master Teacher - Contact Louise for next available date
This course willl give you the additional reiki symbols and knowledge to truly enhance your healing ability. You will learn the art of attunement and after taking this course you will be able to teach and hold classes. A Master Teacher certificate and Usui lineage is awarded on completion of the course. First and second degree must be completed before taking this course. The course includes:

Reframing failure. What is failure anyways? In this session, we'll look at what 'failure' is and begin to reframe fear. You'll look at the stories you tell yourself that keep you believing in failure

What's the worst that can happen? Because you tend to create big, outrageous, fear-based (and negative) stories about 'failing' we'll dig into what's the worst that can actually happen if you do the 'fail' and how you can bust those myths!

Create a new story. Once you've busted those crazy stories, you'll then create a new positive, empowering story to help you move forward.

Trusting and believing in you. When you stay stuck in fear, of are you trusting and believing in yourself? - Probably not. In this session, you'll learn to develop more self-compassion, trust, and belief in yourself. You'll also create an action plan to help you begin to move forward!
